Shipping policy

International Shipping: All orders are shipped internationally from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Orders based out of the United States of America (USA) will be dispatched locally out of New York City. We partner with DHL to provide reliable and efficient delivery services worldwide.

Shipping Time Frame: Shipping may take up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on your location and customs processing times. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible and will provide tracking information once your package has been dispatched.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders above $350 USD. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the DHL website.
